Avebury Term 3 Class Update

Avebury Term 3 Class Update

Avebury class had a wonderful trip to abbey farm last week, where pupils, learnt how a farm runs and how to do different things like feed cows and grade eggs.

Avebury class over the past term has been taking part in activities and lessons such as Skills Force, where the class take part in lots of different activities in order to achieve the PWA award, playing Maths games as a part of a Maths lesson, using electronics to make circuits and painting bird houses in DT as part of their project this term.

Dear parents and carers,

The Prime Minister has announced that a new national lockdown will come into force. Under their guidance, we are closing access to the school with immediate effect.

Members of staff are currently underway with the transition to deliver online learning to the whole school. We will contact you shortly with further details on how to access this provision.

During the period of national lockdown, schools, alternative provision, special schools, and colleges will remain open to vulnerable children and young people and the children of critical workers only. If your child is considered vulnerable we will contact you directly. If you are a critical worker please complete the following registration form so we can identify and assess your eligibility. In either instance do not come onto the school site until we've contacted you.
