
This term the pupils in Avebury class have been taking part in lots of different activities working under the Super-Structure topic.
They have been using "Beebots" to see how electronic robots work as part of computing and digging up gardens as part of a Skills Force project. Also during sensory time they have using puzzles to help themselves self-regulate.
This term the students have been finishing taking part in Skills force's Prince William award. Where they having been playing quick cricket and learning about the local community and helping to tidy up Lydiard garden. They have also been taking part in Table tennis sessions in class playing tournaments as part of PE. The students have also been using objects to help them in maths lessons.
This term our students have been taking part in sensory time activities which are: Playing and creating with pipe cleaners, making bubbles in water and playing war games with soldiers using salt as a battleground.
