During the hot weather, Uffington class carried out a science investigation to see if we could make ice cream without using a freezer. We had to be resilient as our investigation did not work as we expected the first time, but with a few adjustments we made ice cream from flavoured milk. It tasted delicious, but not as delicious as the ice lollies we tried afterwards!
